This home movie, filmed by San Antonio resident Wade R. Bedell, Sr., captures Central Texas in the springtime. Footage includes fields along rural highways blanketed in bluebonnets, Congress Avenue in Austin, and the Texas State Capitol Building. These films are part of the collection courtesy of native Galvestonian and current Austin resident Richard Eisenhour, who discovered and bought them on Ebay in 2012. The cameraman photographer is the late Wade R. Bedell, Sr. (c. 1896 - c. 1972) of San Antonio, who possibly ran a trucking and distribution company in San Antonio. His name and address appear on many of the lot's film boxes.
