The highlight of this home movie is President Truman's visit to El Paso on September 15, 1948. Included, but only visible in the flash of camera bulbs is "Tio Sam" Myers presenting the president with a pair of spurs. Also captured are children enjoying a local playground, and a parade promoting traffic safety.
