This home movie from the Frick Collection captures Belton's annual parade in 1976. Shown in this clip is the beginning of the parade, including the mayor of Belton, the Belton High School Marching Band, and the Belton Volunteer Fire Department. The Frick Collection was donated to TAMI by John Frick and includes home movies of family Christmases, camping trips, and outings in Houston, as well as trips to local Texas events, including the Belton Parade, Howdy Roo Chili Cookoff, Mosquito Festival, Texas Renaissance Fair, Montgomery County Cookoff, Texas Girl Chili Cookoff, and the Westheimer Art Festival.
