This home movie captures the Withers family in two aspects of their lives: outside of their home and at their cattle ranch. Footage includes the house's exterior and the Withers with a dog, as well as wide views of the ranch property with the cattle roaming about the property and in pens.

The films present in the George Withers collection represent only a fraction of the total amount of footage once belonging to the Withers family; these remaining films are those that survived the devastation of Hurricane Ike, though many of the films suffered some degree of damage.
