From 1940, industrial film includes in-flight views of aircraft landing, flying, and performing acrobatic maneuvers in simulated combat, as well as aerial views of the fields, factories, and city below. The film is very briefly intercut with several different unidentified individuals, including pilots.

The films of the Ray Jelinek Collection were rescued from a flooded trailer on Galveston after Hurricane Ike. They were donated by Jan Valentine and are permanently housed in the archives at the Alfred R. Neumann Library, University of Houston - Clear Lake.
