This 1950s home movie captures a formal banquet, possibly in Sugar land. Although it is unclear what the banquet honors, a blurry banner shows a scuba diving icon. Well-dressed men and women sit at tables, drinking and smoking, while a woman hands out awards. The highlight of this film is the dancing and limbo line after the speeches and awards are completed.
