This home movie captures two trains as they travel to and from the station. The first train is of the A&NR, or Angelina and Neches River Railroad. The second train is a vintage 200 4-6-0 water tower steam of the Southern Pacific Railroad. The footage includes footage shot from inside the train as well as from outside of the train. Donor Bruce Blalock owns and operates the Katy House B&B in Smithville. The house is named after the Katy, or the Missouri-Kansas-Texas, which was the first railway company to enter Texas from the North.
