This home movie from the 1960s shows Edwin Curtis Taulbee (1897-1983) and his employees at work in his office, Curtis Taulbee Advertising, located in Fort Worth. The camera captures footage of office decor, Taulbee and his staff working, and a little boy playing with a blackboard desk toy in the office.
Edwin Curtis Taulbee was born on November 16, 1897 and died on February 17, 1983. He is buried in Houston, Texas. He worked as the Publicity Director for R.E. Cox and Company in Fort Worth before creating his own company, Curtis Taulbee Advertising. He served as the District Governor of the American Advertising Federation from 1952-1953.
