This news footage from the KCTV News Collection includes a story about San Angelo’s National Guard Company A taking a trip to Fort Hood, followed by silent footage a dog show at the San Angelo Coliseum. Reporting the army story is Jack Morgan, who describes the trip to Ft. Hood, the new artillery that Company A is trained to use, and the conditions of the gunnery range. Company B of Ballinger and Company C of Brady are also present for the training. At the dog show, scenes of many different breeds being groomed by their trainers are included.
