Presented by the Southwestern Bell Telephone Company and produced by Jamieson Film Company, this short film follows a day in the life of Jim Cannon, a station installer for the telephone company. On this particular day, Jim must deal with a number of frustrations, including difficult customers, technical problems, an especially unfriendly dog, and a little boy keen to use his back for archery practice.
