This newsreel-style film chronicles the activities of the 1968 Rose Queen through the days leading upto her coronation and the Rose Festival Parade. Included is footage of the Rose Queen's ladies-in-waiting showing off glittering gowns designed to represent the wildflowers of Texas, and extensive footage of the parade, with each float and regional marching band identified by the narrator.
