This 1950s home movie captures an unknown family from Crosby County. First, adults gather for a costumed Halloween party. Later, the family attends a parade, likely for the Post Stampede Rodeo in Post. The footage also shows the family at home, from the eldest child showing off her outfits for an upcoming dance recital to the children playing outside with the family dog. These films are part of the collection courtesy of native Galvestonian and current Austin resident Richard Eisenhour, who discovered and bought them on Ebay.
