San Antonio’s “Manager’s Report” is a local access program that gives citizens updates on their city government initiatives from the city manager. In this episode host Gena Nivens and City Manager Alex Briseno talk with Kathy Rhoads, the Film Development Manager at the San Antonio Convention and Visitors Bureau, about bringing the film industry to San Antonio. Rhoads discusses the extensive economic benefits of bringing film productions to San Antonio and also reports on various film projects recently completed or underway. The program also includes many public service announcements made for Texan citizens, some of them featuring celebrities.
