This footage of the City of San Antonio’s City Council meeting on December 18, 1999 captures scenes of the writers and producers of the movie “Living the Life” that were filming in San Antonio. The movie, a story about young Latinas escaping gang life, coincides with the producers’ work with at-risk youth and empowering young women. The producers all commend the city for its warmth and hospitality, natural beauty, and talented population, which they used to comprise their cast and crew.
